Grants and Small Loans Focus:
- Providing grants of £10,000 to £25,000 and social loans of £10,000 to £75,000 to charities and social enterprises.
- Serving businesses based in the six CPCA local authority areas*, with a particular focus on hard-to- reach areas and those less likely to have access to growth finance.

- Demonstrate compliance with relevant legal, regulatory and governance requirements, including subsidy control rules as applicable

- Providing £100,000 to £500,000 of debt and equity finance to fund business growth activity in the Green Tech and Low Carbon sectors.

- Some existing sales and customers (for equity, credible near-term prospects for making such sales may be sufficient)
- A demonstrable requirement for finance to invest in scaling up activities that will deliver substantial growth impact
- financial projections demonstrating how the funding will drive growth and for debt, that the fund can lend agains
- A committed management team with relevant background/experience
- Equity only: a realistic exit strategy with potential to be achieved within 5 years
