Don’t panic! This hands-on workshop will cover the different financial documents you need for your business, the differences between them and examples of how to use them.

Led by an enterprise advisor who will share his knowledge and experience, this workshop will provide you with plenty of tips and advice on how to understand the different financial documents you need for your business. We will also cover how you can use these documents to measure and forecast how financially healthy your business is.

During the course of the workshop, we will take a look at the following:

• Financial statements,
• Profit & Loss,
• Balance Sheet,
• Cashflow forecast.

The workshop will include examples of the above and contain tailored exercises for you to complete to really start to understand your businesses finances.

This workshop is essential if you are new to running a business and want to take the first step to tacking your businesses finances. We will provide you with practical, introductory guidance and as the workshop is interactive, we encourage you to ask questions to fully develop your understanding.
