Wyboston Lakes Resort has been ranked 26 in the UK’s Top 100 Best Large Companies to Work For list for Q2 2022

The Q2 results show that for the same period, the Resort is in 12th position in the Top 75 Best Companies to Work for in the East of England. It is also 5th in the 20 Best Companies to Work For in Leisure & Hospitality.

These achievements are in addition to securing Best Companies’ 3-star accreditation for the third time, based on employee feedback, which means the venue is considered a ‘world class’ employer in terms of employee engagement.

The full year listings will be announced in November 2022 when the business will find out its positioning for the year overall.

Managing Director Steve Jones said: “We are thrilled with the results, even more so considering how busy we have been since reopening fully. Now the worst of the pandemic is hopefully behind us, the team have had to cope with several refurbishments and a surge in bookings. The results reflect the supportive culture we foster, the commitment of our management team and the attitude of all our people which makes this a great place to work.”
