When you start a business, you need to be able to sell the products or services that you are offering.
Often people aren’t comfortable with promoting themselves, however, when you run your own business you need to be able to effectively sell your products or services at the right place and in the right way. Selling in the right way will ensure that first time buyers become repeat customers and even better, business advocates!
Selling does not have to be hard, nor does it have to be pushy and intimidating, during this workshop we will cover how to build trust and influence with your customers, learn what is important to your customers, learn about the buyer’s journey, how to make the right impression and how to sell effectively.
If you struggle to know how to engage with your customers and convert interest into purchases, this workshop will help you to take a more strategic approach to sales.
