Yet it is the number one business challenge, regardless of size, sector, or geography, and for scale up, high or just normal growth companies. Even if you’re an equity backed new scale up, you will still have to push to get money from customers instead of investors.
There are several core reasons why your marketing and sales efforts don’t deliver enough bottom line results. Only by understanding where your specific problem lies, can you take steps to fix it and accelerate your growth potential.
Our Foot on the Gas business masterclass will challenge your thinking, reveal what’s going wrong, and how to put it right. Effective business development must be a core part of your business growth strategy, and this is not a course about tactical marketing. It is starting point for our series of other workshops and programmes that provide deeper dives into different aspects of both strategic and tactical marketing.
Led by experts, this programme is highly interactive, with plenty of opportunities for discussion and to practise your skills in a supportive and friendly environment.
Who is this masterclass for?
The masterclass is tailored for those clients whose business plan needs updating because it’s not delivering results. You will likely have at least half a dozen staff and some initial market traction, but either have reached a plateau and barrier to further expansion, or you are struggling to capture new market opportunities. It is equally suitable for larger business of 50+ staff, who now face increasing competition or who see market share draining away, and can no long rely on the ’same old’.
