Marketing strategies for growth

Starts Tuesday 9 November  |  10am – 2pm

How do you get your message to the right audience? How do you boost visibility and increase sales while sustaining a profit?

Without a dynamic, marketing strategy in place to fuel that next spurt, it will be virtually impossible to sustain your growth in existing or new target markets. But it’s not easy identifying the right strategies.

Everyone is vying for your attention – from social media to SEO to events and out-of-the-home advertising – it’s easy to get sucked into a black hole.

This programme will support you to gain clarity and understand useful strategies, models and tactics that will unlock faster traction in your business and help you build better relationships with sales prospects.

On this course, you will:

  • Identify strategies to overcome increased competition, technology cynicism and price sensitivity
  • Learn how different channels can help build traction amongst your target audience
  • Explore how a personalised approach can help your prospect funnel
  • Discover go-to strategies to effectively market your business online

Led by experts, this programme is highly interactive, with plenty of opportunities for discussion and to practise your skills in a supportive and friendly environment.

Who is this course for?

This course is for business leaders or strategic managers of established businesses with 3 – 249 employees. It is for growing businesses with demonstrable potential for scale, or for high growth businesses looking to speed up their growth.
