The programme offers expert advice and guidance to help businesses with high growth aspirations gain investment opportunities.

Creative East

The Creative East: Create Growth Programme is a 12-week investment readiness and business support programme

Participants will be given a bespoke programme of:

  • Specialist seminars
  • Round table events
  • One-to-one support from our pool of experts and specialists
  • Pitching sessions
  • Networking events

and more!

The course will be a mix of in person and online sessions.

The programme will cover ‘everything you ever needed to know’ to get your business in shape to take on investment and grow. Participants will be offered exclusive access to key experts in their field, from the world of investment and creative industries.

Eligibility

To qualify your business must:

  • Be revenue generating (not a start-up).
  • Employ (directly or as freelancers) at least two full time equivalent staff.
  • Fall within the DCMS definition of Creative Industries (film, tv, radio, photography, advertising, marketing, architecture, computer games, IT, software, publishing, music performing and visual arts).
  • Creative East is particularly interested in applications from businesses in the gaming and film/TV industries.

Each participant will benefit from a bespoke programme, crafted to meet their needs.

Participants must be able to commit a day a week for the main activities, as well as some one-to-one work where appropriate. The face to face sessions are not compulsory but to maximise the experience we advise participants attend as much as possible: however, you might share out attendance across your senior management team.

The one-to-one work is flexible to suit a business owner’s busy schedule, but there is a set timetable for the main sessions and networking events.
